In the current regulatory landscape, the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) is a key regulation that touches on virtually all businesses operating within the United States, and it's crucial to understand that this includes even the smallest of businesses, such as single-member LLCs. Our specially designed 90-minute workshop aims to simplify the CTA, transforming its complex requirements into clear, straightforward actions that every business owner and manager can follow. Presented in plain, accessible language by experts, this session will guide you through the entire process: from identifying if your business needs to comply (spoiler alert: if you're a single-member LLC, you do!) to gathering the required information, and submitting it correctly.

No business is too small to be exempt, and overlooking this critical compliance could lead to significant repercussions. This workshop is essential for solo entrepreneurs and single-member LLC owners who might not realize that they fall under the CTA's scope. Through an engaging and jargon-free format, we'll ensure you understand how to comply with the CTA, covering the essential steps, deadlines, and procedures to protect your business. Whether you've just started your entrepreneurial journey or are looking to ensure your existing business aligns with current laws, this workshop is your comprehensive guide to navigating the CTA with confidence and ensuring your business remains compliant.
